House Made Sourdough Neapolitan Pizza

 

(Dough Ingredients: 00 Unbleached Neapolitan Flour, Water, Sea Salt, House Made Sourdough Starter)

 

 

Our Pizza is made from a slow rising sourdough (minimum 20hrs), and baked in a hand crafted wood burning pizza oven, made in Naples, Italy, by master artisans. 

Our oven produces a heat of about 930F. The slow rising and blast cooking process 

(maximum 90 seconds), gives a distinctly moist yet thin, highly digestible crust, and is ideal for retaining nutrients from vegetables and all the other ingredients.
